By requesting or using the cleaning services provided by Columbus Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Duct Cleaning
- Home Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Upholstery Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
Services are provided in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas as listed on our website.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time. You will receive confirmation of your scheduled appointment via phone or email.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, staffing issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.
4. Pricing and Payment
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We will communicate any significant changes to the quoted price before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks.
5. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you are not present at the scheduled time and have not contacted us, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be subject to a fee.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property for the scheduled services. This includes:
- Ensuring our team can access the areas to be cleaned
- Securing pets during service
- Moving fragile or valuable items from work areas
- Providing working utilities (electricity, water) as needed for service
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional charge.
8. Liability and Insurance
We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage that may occur during the course of our work. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs so we can address it promptly.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions
- Damage resulting from inherent defects in materials
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not disclosed to our team prior to service
9. Health and Safety
We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or preferences regarding cleaning products, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs when possible.
Please inform us of any hazards on your property that our team should be aware of before beginning work.
10. Privacy
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information collected may include your name, address, phone number, email, and service history.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
